Truderinger Str. 306, Munich
Bavarian inn in the heart of Trudering with extremely friendly service and top cuisine. In the current time, the food is offered for collection after ordering by telephone. Here, too, the food is excellent and the service friendly and courteous. Highly recommended - even in summer with a wonderful, quiet beer garden!
best inn in Munich, will come again?
Only street sales at the moment. The hygiene measures are observed. Excellent Christmas duck with side dishes was nicely packaged ready for collection.
The food was delicious and the service was so friendly :) very good German cuisine
Food is OK. fruit drink is ok. Radler tastes strange. Parking is easy. nothing is special about this but the quality and price is acceptable.
We ate very well there. It is advisable to reserve a seat. Be sure to try the Kaiserschmarrn there.
This is how we imagine Bavarian cosiness with good cuisine as northern lights
Mega delicious and supppppper nice. KEEP IT UP
Phew Nice atmosphere but terrible food. The roast chicken is coiffed and doesn't look fresh and the salad had lots of brown spots. Then there was the completely dirty glass - the prices are high for that. Once and never again... Pros: The toilets are new and clean.
It is a warm nice restaurant, all made out of wood and well maintained, the staff is nice as well as the food they offer. I got a Schintzel of pork and the meat was gently rub in light mustard sauce before to be coated and pan fried in butter. Lovely and tender. The potato and cucumber salad was nice and refreshing, beer nice, prices too.
Delicious food - the rich pretzel soup, the crispy and juicy duck and the caramelized Kaiserschmarrn with apple compote and stewed plums are outstanding. In addition, friendly staff and a quiet place for our dog. Highly recommended for Sunday afternoons, as the meals are warm throughout!
Cozy, beautiful inn. Delicious fresh cuisine. Good prices. Good service.
A very authentic Bavarian restaurant. The food is delicious. There are also various vegetarian dishes. The waitresses are very friendly. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The Corona measures are well implemented, you feel very comfortable and safe.
Roast pork well. Crust too hard. Sauce well. Tender meat. Coleslaw takes getting used to. Not worth € 12.30
Super friendly waitresses who, despite the circumstances, always have a smile and take their time. Good home cooking, also gluten-free. You know your way around and so far there have never been any problems. We like to come back again and again.
For the third time, I was able to enjoy myself with my family at Gasthof Obermaier. This is a quaint Bavarian inn with a beautiful beer garden and typical Bavarian dishes in a very family-friendly atmosphere. But the best thing is: Most dishes are also available gluten-free for those who eat gluten intolerance. A clear recommendation for everyone who likes hearty home-style cooking.
Strange manners of a waiter at lunchtime in the beer garden. When I asked if a dish that was out of stock 3 days before was available today, he replied with a cannonade of abuse. Drink was slammed hard on the table. I had to wait 20 minutes for the later bill, but after that nobody was ready to collect. Not even the "boss" I asked for. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police for support that the money was received. Was it trying to provoke me into a dodger? Gasthof Obermaier has lost a long-term regular customer!
Tipical Bavaria eatery. Very kind personnel and tasty gluten free dishes (and beer). Will visi again.
We ordered garden salad and it’s not fresh - it’s like prepared days ago. Then the Zwiebelrostbraten and we’re so disappointed - so hard, chewy and sweet sauce. Normally I believe that have the best zwiebelrostbraten but I don’t know what happened today. The waiter didn’t even care to say sorry or whatever. Just so disappointed!!!
Was there recently with several people, was not all satisfied, the service was unfriendly and not exactly motivated, wanted the table to be set a little nicely because of the birthday, but they said it costs 1.50 € per person, is it still? Where else is the obvious (that has nothing to do with Corona) in this day and age you should be happy when so many guests come, once and not again, it's your own fault, that's not a service but just a rip-off ...
The service was very friendly. The prices are absolutely fine for Munich standards. There was a wide selection of different dishes. The food came quickly and was very, very tasty. Here we will especially like to go with guests who come from outside Bavaria.
Beautiful traditional restaurant with excellent cuisine and very friendly dining room staff. The menu is also available in Italian. It is a place suitable for both an informal meal and an anniversary. Definitely highly recommended.
We were there in the afternoon and we had free choice of seats. We would be greeted warmly and served quickly. The starter served with asparagus cream soup, which was delicious. My onion roast was perfect and the other dish (forgotten name) was also delicious. Good quality and fair prices! Can I definitely recommend.
Traditional Bavarian food but also available gluten free (along with drinks).
Best place ever! Typical Bavarian cuisine with gluten free options! My friend was in heaven over the beer, food and dessert selection they have. It is a little outside of the city center of Munich but easy to get to. They also have a hotel in the back parking lot in a traditional look with a modern twist. Staff was sarcastic yet friendly. I would recommend it
Fantastic food and atmosphere, service very friendly.
Lots of gluten free options. Everything was delicious and super friendly service! All my non glutard friends loved their meals too! Our favorite meal in Munich!
I found GLASS in my food!!! I nearly broke my tooth when they served me a broken piece of a dinner plate in my food. When I showed them the piece of a porcelain plate in my food, the arrogant server just replied "this is not possible" and walked away! They then tried to convince me that that the piece of broken plate was actually part of my own tooth which was ridiculous, luckily my teeth were fine. After I made a fuss, they acknowledged they were completely wrong and offered me another plate of "glass chicken" to which I refused. I would recommend you go and eat at a restaurant were the staff don't have such an attitude and where your health at risk. Disgusting service and food. I will never go back!
Super original German food. Very tasty.
Greate food....delicious beer....and very happy people..!!!!
What a wonderful expérience in this restaurant tonight . Not so expensive , very good typical plates and decoration. Smiling staff . I've loved it !
Perfect
Nice and I recomend..it
One of the oldest establishments east of Isar. Tasty food and cold beer. It's not cheap, but not the most expensive place as well.
we wait almost an hour to get our dinner.
Nice local restaurant with true Bavarian cuisine. It is 150 years old! Duck and goose Trudering style with potatoes are delicious
Good place for a wine tasting, good beer, not much choice of food...
Waitress very kind, she spoke Italian with us to help choose foods.
We came here because we were travelling with a celiac friend, and we're grateful for that. Excellent food, very nice atmosphere, good staff and lovely experience, so much that we came back two other times in our short stay in Munich. Highly recommended to all, celiacs or not.
A wonderful corner in Trudering, unexpected. The food just delicious! A place to come back.
Beautiful, delicious, awesome service, gluten free food, gluten free beer, this place is a must visit in Munich. We came here twice over our four day stay in Munich, because its simply a coeliacs German paradise! I would strongly recommend you visit here as you will not regret it. The schnitzel is delicious and you must try the oven fresh kaiserschmarrn! I will be visiting here again next time I’m in Munich. Thank you for the awesome gluten free food!
Great location, very good food and authentic service. We can not wait to savor some more of their menu.
Note 2
Fantastic service and food was great!
We were here for a wedding celebration. The drinks were good (except that their beer is Löwenbräu) and the food was impressive. Service was simply fantastic. If we lived closer, we would definitely go there again.
It was very good and the service was fast. Not too fancy but good quality. One of the best Gasthof experience in Munich so far.
Very heavy but very tasty food
excellent service and foods unbelievable tssty
Simply the best gluten free German food out there. Spargel (white asparagus) Soup, Schnitzel, beer, all unbelievable and gluten free. The service was warm and helpful and I simply couldn't ask for more.
Good food, pizza was quick and very good. Sweiblroast was great
